INTRODUCTION TO RECHARGE?
lIf you are new to Recharge Health & Wellness your first thought may be that our prices may seam unbelievable, but we promise you they are very real. Recharge is designed more like a fitness center where you purchase unlimited access to everything instead of the typical pay per session spa visit. At Recharge we believe that wellness should be done more like fitness, where you take care of your body, mind & health several times a week or month, just like a workout. That is why we offer unlimited wellness by the day, by the week or by the month, depending on your schedule. Since we opened in 2020 over 2.300+ customers have bought and continue to buy unlimited wellness passes.
FIRST TIME VISITORS?
The number one question we are asked at Recharge is, how many sessions can I book? The simple answer is UNLIMITED. Regardless, if you purchase a 1-Day Pass, 1- Mo Freedom Pass, Health Pass, or All Access Unlimited Diamond Pass, the answer is the same. You may schedule as many sessions as you want each visit while your pass is active. Yes, we do know that each one of these modalities would cost more than $49 per individual session anywhere else, that is exactly the point of Recharge unlimited wellness, we want our customers to take care of their health, and now they can afford to start.
WHEN DOES MY PASS START?
Your pass starts on the date of your select to activate the pass. You can schedule an unlimited number of sessions while your pass is active. Unused passes never expire. If you receive an email letting you know your pass is set to expire, simply call the club and we will extend your pass.
We recommend when buying a 1-Day pass to purchase it a week or more before you are planning to use it to make sure there are plenty of therapies available to book on your 1-Day visit. All therapies are scheduled ahead of your visit to make sure that they are available when you arrive.
First Time Customer Specials?
Once you leave the club after your first visit you no longer qualify as a first-time customer. If you purchase a pass or a Groupon offer you may upgrade or purchase a first-time pass during your first visit as a first-time customer.

HOW DO PASSES WORK?
After you buy a pass the booking calendar will become available, and you will be able to schedule as many sessions as you would like for everything included with your pass. You may choose the start date at checkout in the event you would like to purchase a promotional pass but are unable to use it right away.

Yes, absolutely. Recharge offers over 20+ modalities that specifically help to improve your skin's appearance. We have developed an unlimited skin pass that provides unlimited access to all of the beneficial skin modalities.

DO I HAVE TO SIGN A CONTRACT?
No, there are absolutely no contracts to sign, no minimum commitments, or hidden fee's just a simple straight forward unlimited pass that gives you access to all of the therapies you purchased for the time desired.
CAN I CANCEL AT ANYTIME?
Yes, absolutely. You can cancel your unlimited pass online, at the club or on the app. We made it easy so customers can come and go as they please, so when your ready to re-activate your unlimited pass its quick.

Will someone explain each therapy TO ME?
Yes absolutely, 95+ therapies is a lot to take in on your first visit to Recharge so we offer free unlimited consultations based on each clients needs or current medical conditions. You are welcome to schedule a free consultation before your first visit.
what should i wear?
A general rule of thumb for men would be shorts and a t-shirt and for women shorts and a sports bra. Many of the therapies you can use at Recharge you can do fully clothed.
Do i need to make an appointment?
Yes its recommended, therapies at the Recharge are scheduled in advance and reserved on a first come first serve basis, and can be booked online or through the app before you arrive.
CAN I PURCHASE MULTIPLE PASSES?
Absolutely, you can purchase as many passes as you wish. If you are buying a pass as a gift please let the front desk know so we don't ruin the surprise.
CAN I PURCHASE A PASS FOR SOMEONE ELSE?
Absolutely, after you make your purchase, we recommend calling or sending us an email so that we can note the account.

Refund Policy
At Recharge Health & Wellness, we strive to provide exceptional services and a positive experience for every client. Please review our refund policy below.
One-Time Purchases
Refunds may be issued for one-time purchases within a reasonable time frame only if the purchased service has not been used. Once a service has been redeemed, partially or fully, it is no longer eligible for a refund.
Recurring Memberships & Subscriptions
For recurring purchases (including memberships and subscriptions), refunds are limited to the most recent billing cycle only, and only if no services were used during that billing period.

If any session, visit, or service is used during the billing cycle, the charge is non-refundable.

Memberships must be canceled prior to the next billing date to avoid future charges.

Cancellation Policy
Clients are responsible for managing their memberships and subscriptions. Cancellations must be completed according to the instructions provided at sign-up or through our customer support team. Failure to cancel before the billing date does not qualify for a refund.
Exceptional Circumstances
Refund requests outside of this policy may be reviewed on a case-by-case basis at the sole discretion of Recharge Health & Wellness. Approval is not guaranteed.
Processing of Refunds
Approved refunds will be issued to the original form of payment and may take 5–10 business days to process, depending on your financial institution.
