HOW PASSES WORK?

HOW DO THE UNLIMITED PASSES WORK?

Recharge Health & Wellness offers several ways to access the facility, from unlimited single modality passes to unlimited access to everything passes or you may purchase a single session of just one service.  Unlimited passes are available by the day or by the month, depending on the individual client's needs.  At Recharge, all sessions are scheduled in advance.  By scheduling in advance, you are reserving the therapy to make sure it's available when you arrive, so there is no waiting.

HOW DO 1-DAY DIAMOND PASSES WORK?

1-DAY DIAMOND PASS $49

The 1-Day diamond passes are geared towards general health & wellness and include 25+ of the top wellness modalities to choose from. This pass allows clients to book unlimited sessions for their upcoming 1-day visit to the club starting at 10am when we open until the close of business that day. Typically, client's book 6-8 sessions during their 1-day visit, but you may book even more. Once you purchase your pass the calendar will become available for booking all of your sessions.

When you purchase your pass, you will have the option to choose your start date and the pass will be available for booking for 14 days.  If you are unable to use your pass during this time, simply call Recharge and we can reactivate it when you are ready to schedule.

The 1-Day diamond passes for 2 people are geared towards general health & wellness and include 25+ different modalities to choose from. This pass allows clients to book unlimited sessions during their 1-day visit starting at 10am when we open until the close of business that day. Typically, client's book 6-10 sessions per guest during their 1-day visit.  When you book sessions, you should first book yours and then book your guests. Once you purchase your pass the calendar will become available for booking.

Once you purchase your pass the calendar will become available for booking all sessions.

Typically, client's book 2-4 sessions during each visit and are on a program for a specific health issue.  Your pass allows you to book up to 30 days in advance to ensure your favorite therapies are available at the times you want. Once you purchase your pass the calendar will become available for booking.

1) Acceptance of Terms

By booking an appointment, purchasing a service or product, visiting our facility, or engaging with Recharge Wellness Muscatine (“we,” “us,” “our”), you agree to these Terms & Conditions and our Privacy Policy.

2) Booking & Appointments

  • Booking Methods: Appointments may be booked via phone, website, or app.

  • Confirmation: You will receive a confirmation by email/text. Please verify details and arrive on time.

  • Late Arrival: Late arrivals may result in shortened services to avoid impacting subsequent clients. Full service fees will still apply.

  • No-Show Policy: No-shows will be charged 100% of the scheduled service.

3) Cancellation & Rescheduling

  • Notice Window: Cancellations require at least 12 hours’ notice.

  • Fees: Cancellations within the notice window may incur a fee of $10.

  • Group Bookings: Groups of 6+ may require a deposit and 24-hour cancellation notice.

4) Health, Safety & Contraindications

  • Medical Conditions: Clients must disclose relevant medical conditions, allergies, injuries, skin sensitivities, pregnancy status, or recent procedures. Certain services may be contraindicated.

  • Illness Policy: Please reschedule if you are ill (fever, contagious conditions). We reserve the right to refuse service for safety reasons.

  • Not Medical Care: Our services are for relaxation and well-being and are not a substitute for medical treatment. We do not diagnose, treat, or prescribe.

5) Minors

  • Age Requirements: Minimum age for spa services is 12.

  • Parental Presence: Clients under 18 must have a parent/guardian present and a signed consent form.

  • Service Restrictions: Certain services (e.g., TENS) may be unavailable to minors.

6) Client Conduct & Professional Boundaries

  • Professional Environment: Inappropriate behavior, harassment, or intoxication will result in immediate termination of services and possible ban without refund.

  • Personal Belongings: Please secure your valuables. We are not responsible for lost or stolen items.

  • Hygiene & Preparation: Please follow pre-service instructions (e.g., showering before the tub).

7) Rates, Payments & Gratuities

  • Pricing: Prices are subject to change without notice.

  • Payment Methods: We accept cash, major credit cards, and gift cards.

  • Deposits: Some services or packages may require a deposit. Deposits are refundable under the following conditions: 48 hour notice].

  • Gratuities: Gratuities are at your discretion.

8) Packages, Memberships & Promotions

  • Packages/Memberships: Benefits, billing cycles, rollover rules, and cancellation terms will be outlined in the specific agreement.

  • Expiration: Packages typically do not expire unless otherwise stated. You may cancel or pause at any time.

  • Promotions: Promotions cannot be combined unless specified. No cash value. Subject to change and availability.

9) Gift Cards & Vouchers

  • Redemption: Gift cards may be redeemed for services.

  • Non-Refundable: Gift cards are non-refundable and not redeemable for cash except where required by law.

  • Expiration: Gift cards do not expire under applicable law.

  • Lost/Stolen: Treat gift cards like cash. We are not responsible for lost or stolen cards.

10) Returns & Refunds

  • Services: Refunds are generally not provided for completed services. If you are dissatisfied, please contact us within 48 hours; we may offer a re-service or credit at our discretion.

  • Retail Products: Unopened products may be returned within 14 days with receipt. Opened products may not be returned or exchanged.

11) Spa Etiquette

  • Quiet Environment: Please silence devices.

  • Arrival: Arrive early to complete intake forms and enjoy amenities.

  • Privacy: Respect the privacy and tranquility of other guests.

12) Privacy & Personal Data

  • Data Collection: We collect information necessary to book, provide services, and manage your account (e.g., contact info, intake forms).

  • Use: We use your data to deliver services, process payments, and communicate with you (including appointment reminders and marketing with consent).

  • Storage & Security: We implement reasonable safeguards.

  • Sharing: We do not sell your personal data. We may share with payment processors, booking systems, or as required by law.

  • Your Rights: You may request access, correction, or deletion of your data subject to legal obligations. See our full Privacy Policy.

13) Liability Waiver

By receiving services, you acknowledge inherent risks (e.g., temporary soreness, redness, bruising, allergic reactions) and agree to release Recharge Wellness Muscatine, its owners, employees, and contractors from liability for injuries or damages arising from services provided, except where caused by our gross negligence or willful misconduct and to the extent permitted by law.

14) Allergies & Sensitivities

Please inform us of any allergies or sensitivities (e.g., sulfa, fragrances, latex). We can suggest alternative products when available but cannot guarantee an allergen-free environment.

15) Pregnancy

Certain treatments are not suitable during pregnancy or specific trimesters. Please consult your physician and notify us when booking. Prenatal massage/services are available with appropriate modifications.

16) Gifted or Third-Party Bookings

If someone books on your behalf, all terms apply to the recipient. The purchaser is responsible for fees arising from cancellations or policy violations.

17) Force Majeure

We are not liable for delays or cancellations due to causes beyond our reasonable control (e.g., severe weather, power outages, public health orders).

18) Intellectual Property

All content, branding, and materials provided by Recharge Muscatine are our property and may not be reproduced without permission.

19) Third-Party Tools & Platforms

We may use third-party booking systems and payment processors. Your use of such platforms may be subject to their terms and privacy policies.

20) Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These terms are governed by the laws of the state/province of [State/Province] without regard to conflict of law principles.

21) Severability

If any provision is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in effect.

22) Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time. The latest version will be posted here. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
